Immigrant women in Latvia often face obstacles when seeking employment—language barriers, limited networks, and unfamiliar systems. CeMeWE Riga responds with a co-developed support model built on opportunities, practical skills training, and mentoring. Our mission is to help women grow professionally, gain confidence, and connect with real job pathways. We work alongside communities and partners to build stronger, more inclusive futures.
